Simon Bowens
Campaigner, Friends of the Earth Yorkshire and North East
Simon Bowens is Friends of the Earth’s Yorkshire and North East Campaigner. He has worked for the organisation since 2004, firstly at a national and European level as a transport and climate change campaigner, and in his regional role since 2008. He previously worked in the business community as a finance manager for a small training company. Friends of the Earth is an international network of grassroots environmental campaigners working with communities to deliver solutions on climate change, protecting nature and cutting pollution.
